Returns:

We at Inddus try to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite Indian Ethnic Outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when customers might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control. 

We have a zero return policy due to geographical and regulatory limitations.  If we have not delivered the correct product and or we have delayed the shipments without informing you of the issues, you will be eligible for a refund.  However unstitched, stitched (sized) and custom products cannot be returned back to us.  

Geographical - means that for you to ship the product back to us is an very expensive deal and hence it is not feasible. 

Regulatory - custom regulations in certain countries don't allow for free and easy returns and India is one of them.
